BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Anil Garg: He is a young and aspiring lawyer having varied experience of about 13 years of practicing law, in conducting cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Civil cases related to property and recovery. He began his career in legal profession under the guidance of Ms. Anusuya Salwan where he had been nurtured to take big steps in the field of law, he has a very rapid growth in the field of law through his exposure to variety of cases that he has been handling since he joined the practice. Now since the day he has joined our firm he has become a backbone of our firm in a way that he has been looking after all the cases of our firm at different High Courts of our country including Delhi High Court, Gujarat High Court, Madras High Court, Orissa High Court, Bombay High Court, he is also looking after all the matters of Debt Recovery Tribunal as well as other tribunals. He is an empanelled advocate of State Bank of India who is authorized to appear on behalf of SBI as well as to conduct Title Investigation Report (TIR) related to properties.
